Repeat after us: Referrals, referrals, referrals (now say that 3 times fast). As a realtor, you probably already know that referrals are your lifeline and as Josh points out in this week’s episode, “the best way to build your business.” However, while you might be thinking most referrals come from shaking hands and swapping business cards, Josh says Facebook is the ultimate source to create relationships that last in the real estate business.
Yes, that’s right. Facebook is not just for “the youth.”
It is, in fact, a great way to get in front of an older generation that is looking to put in an offer. Josh says that this year alone, half of his clients are 45 years or more. He says when he shares his properties online, he knows the buyer’s notice because they engage with him on all his posts.
He notes that just as long as you continue to provide superior customer service, Facebook as a referral tool is the gift that keeps on giving.
